Counseling

The counselors work with individual students or groups of students to help them learn to make wise choices in their daily lives.  They also visit classrooms to present lessons to students.  They provide information on county agencies for both parents and students if outside help is appropriate.  The counselors will help interpret test data for students and parents, and can help students and parents with enrollment and proper placement in our educational programs.  Parents should feel free to contact the counselor, after speaking with classroom teachers, if there are concerns about a student's behavior or academic performance.
